The present invention relates to a geothermal underground heat exchanger of a geohill open type having a flooding prevention function. It is possible to prevent water overflow phenomenon of an open type geothermal hole and effectively perform thermal load distribution, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the entire geothermal underground heat exchanger.
