<p>The present invention relates to cosmetics containing effective extracts from coffee remnants and a method for manufacturing the same which comprises the steps of: extracting effective extracts from coffee remnants; mixing water phase including the extracts extracted from the extraction step, 0.01 wt% of disodium EDTA, and purified water with a liquid phase including 2.0 wt% of phosphatidylcholine, 0.6 wt% of cholesterol, 0.8 wt% of ceramide, 0.5 wt% of palmitic acid, and 10.0 wt% of ethanol; and manufacturing into a homogenized multi-layer liposome form by making the pressure of a homogenizer into 500 bars after heating the water phase and a chelator up to 70°C and completely dissolving the liquid phase up to 70°C and primarily emulsifying using a dispersing device.
