<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift training into business efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A schedule preparation method includes the followings: (1) A target carrier and acquired training related to a staff ID of a target staff member whose schedule information is to be prepared are acquired from a staff master 110; (2) Required training related to the acquired target carrier, which are not-acquired training not included in the acquired training, is specified from a carrier master 120; (3) A training schedule of the specified not-acquired training is extracted from a training master 130; (4) The extracted training schedule of the not-acquired training is registered in schedule information D of the target staff member; (5) A user having particular symptoms related to the not-acquired training is retrieved from a user master 140; (6) A care receiving schedule following the training schedule of the not-acquired training of the retrieved user is extracted from a user plan master 150; (7) The care receiving schedule of the retrieved user is registered in the schedule information D of the target staff member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
