PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air permeation resistance, bending fatigue and crack resistivity in a pneumatic tire including an inner liner. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire including the inner liner inside the tire, the inner liner is constituted with a polymer laminated body including: a first layer of a thickness of 0.05 to 0.6 mm composed of styrene-isobutylene-styrene tri-block copolymer; and a second layer of a thickness of 0.01 to 0.3 mm including at least either styrene-isoprene-styrene tri-block copolymer or styrene-isobutylene di-block copolymer. The second layer is arranged so as to come into contact with a rubber layer of a carcass ply, and in the inner liner, an average thickness Gs of a buttress region Rs from a tire maximum width position to a corresponding position Lu of a belt layer edge is made thinner than an average thickness Gb of a bead region Rb from the tire maximum width position to a bead toe.
