Provided are production conditions that can, in a short period of time, cause the fibrillation into monofilaments of fiberglass bundles that are glass roving, chopped strand, or the like that are monofilament assemblies in order to achieve high production characteristics in the production of a resin molded article using an extruder with at least two meshed shafts. The method produces fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition pellets using an extruder having at least two shafts provided with screws that rotate meshed with each other, and sets production conditions by controlling the minimum value (minimum historical shear stress value (Tmin)) of the time integral value of shear stress that the fiberglass bundles incur during mixing and kneading. |
