PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure pump capable of reducing acquisition costs of a seal material and capable of reducing mounting costs of the seal material. SOLUTION: The negative pressure pump 10 is provided, in which, an intake passage 113 is provided at a body part 40 serving as a base, a pump part 90 is mounted on a side surface of the body part 40, the pump part 90 is covered by a cover 80, the cover 80 is mounted on the side surface of the body part 40, an intake is sucked into the pump part 90 via the intake passage 113, and the exhaust from the pump part 90 is discharged via a plurality of chambers 54 provided at the body part 40. The sealing at a connection part between the intake passage 113 and the pump part 90 and the sealing between the body part 40 and the cover 80 are collectively performed by one sheet packing 60 narrowing between the side surface of the body part 40 and the pump part 90.
