PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch mechanism preventing malfunction, reducing a stroke to an operating point and capable of achieving uniform operability regardless of an operating position by an operator, and a refrigerator using the switch mechanism. SOLUTION: The switch mechanism includes: a panel box 32 having a plurality of tact switches 34 arranged therein; and a touch panel 38 for operating the tact switches 34 by pressing operating pieces 34a of the tact switches 34.
