PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-flow fan which can reduce energy loss and noise, and provide an air conditioner equipped with the cross-flow fan and capable of reducing working power with low noise. SOLUTION: In an impeller single body 14 having a plurality of blades 13 installed along the outer periphery of an annular supporting plate 12; each blade 13 is split into a plurality of blade portions in a direction AX of the rotational axis, at least one blade portion 20 is configured so that a length of a blade chord line 28a being a line segment connecting an outer peripheral edge part 20b and a blade inner edge part 20a of the blade 13 in a cross section perpendicular to the rotational axis 17 of the blade 13 is longer than a length of a blade chord line 28b of at least one blade portion 21; and a blade inner edge part 20a of the blade portion 20 having at least the one longer blade chord line 28a is configured to protrude toward an inner periphery side than a blade inner periphery edge part 21a of the blade 21 having at least the one shorter blade cord line 28b.
