<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for a solar cell electrode capable of forming an electrode that has reduced volume resistivity, a high aspect ratio and excellent adhesion to a silicon substrate while maintaining good printability. <P>SOLUTION: A paste for a solar cell electrode contains silver powder (A), a fatty acid silver salt (B) and a solvent (C), and the fatty acid silver salt (B) is a compound having one carboxy silver salt group (-COOAg) and one or two hydroxyl groups (-OH), and silver oxide content is 10 pts. mass or less based on 100 pts. mass of the solvent (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
