PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that reduction in friction coefficient against mechanical loss caused by sliding of inner and outer rotors on an inner wall surface of a casing is limited in a rotary oil pump in which abundant oil is conventionally supplied by forming radial grind stripes on side surfaces of the inner and outer rotors and the inner wall surface of the casing, because they are basically in contact with each other although the real contact area between the rotors and a side plate is reduced, and to solve the problem that an oil discharge amount decreases. SOLUTION: Grooves radially provided from the rotor center and walls in a direction crossing the grooves are provided on both side surfaces orthogonal to a drive shaft direction of the rotor to generate pressure in a gap to an inner wall surface of a casing so that the rotors are not in slide contact with the inner wall surface.
