PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die which allows a band-shaped blade to be easily mounted or replaced, and facilitates design change of the punching contour of the band-shaped blade, increases accuracy of mounting the band-shaped blade, prevents accuracy of the band-shaped blade from being reduced with time, and uses a recyclable structural material at a high rate. SOLUTION: The punching die includes a quadrangular inner member 11 whose outer periphery except corner parts is formed from a vertical plane, an outer member 12 which receives the inner member 11 inside, and whose inner periphery except corner parts is formed from a vertical plane, and corner members 13 connecting the inner member 11 to the outer member 12 via at least the corner parts, respectively. A corner blade 141 is formed on each corner member 13, a side blade 142 is held between the outer periphery except the corner part 13 of the inner member 11 and the inner periphery except the corner part of the outer member 12, and at least one of the inner member 11 and the outer member 12 is formed of metal.
