PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive elastic member, which has less change in shape or electric properties and prevents the occurrence of harmful substances by preventing corrosion of a conductive support due to materials remaining on the elastic layer even when being used or stored at high temperature and high humidity and further by preventing production of by-products due to a reaction with the elastic layer, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus, each of which includes the conductive elastic member and can obtain good images.SOLUTION: The conductive elastic member has an adhesive layer 32, which contains a silane compound and an adhesive, and the elastic layer 34 in order on the conductive support 31. Each of the process cartridge and image forming apparatus includes the conductive elastic member, and can obtain good images. |
