<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of reducing its weight without increasing its volume. <P>SOLUTION: The power transmission device includes a crank shaft 12 to which power from an internal combustion engine is transmitted, a connecting rod 40 having a rotary ring 41 to be rotated by the rotary motion of the crank shaft 12, and a rocking part 42 to be put in rocking motion by the rotation of the rotary ring 41, an one-way clutch 60 having an outer ring 62 turnably connected to the rocking part 42, and an inner ring 61 to which power only in one direction of the outer ring 62 is transmitted, an output shaft 71 to which the power of the inner ring 61 is transmitted, and a rotation radius varying mechanism 50 for varying the rotation radius of the rotary ring 41 to vary the angle velocity of the rocking part 42, the outer ring 62 being disposed to hold an extension portion 62a extending to the side of the crank shaft 12 between both sides of the connecting rod 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
