<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring unit enabling an easier operation at changing of coupling/wiring thereof so as to improve workability, and an optical wiring board equipped with the optical wiring unit. <P>SOLUTION: An optical wiring unit 100 is an optical wiring unit coupling an internal optical fiber cord 1 and an external optical fiber cord 3. The optical wiring unit 100 comprises a box-shaped unit body 10 housing the internal optical fiber cord 1, a rotation support part 20 formed at an opening part in front of the unit body 10, and an adapter part 31 to be connected to a connector 2 of the external optical fiber cord 3 on a surface of the panel part which is rotatable to the rotation support part 20 and to a connector 2 of the internal optical fiber cord 1 on a rear face of the panel part.
