PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a complex heat exchanger by which assembling/disassembling can be more facilitated. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the complex heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger 2, a second heat exchanger 3 arranged separately from the first heat exchanger 2 in a front and back direction of a vehicle, and side supports 6, 6 respectively arranged on both sides of the first heat exchanger 2 and combining the second heat exchanger 3 by locking. A first locking part 67 to be engaged/combined with an end of one side of the first heat exchanger 2 is formed on the upper end part of each of the side supports 6, 6, and a second locking part 68 to be engaged/combined with an end of the other side of the first heat exchanger 2 is formed on the lower end part of each of the side supports 6, 6.
