<p>PURPOSE: A micro valve structure including a polymer actuator and a lab-on-a-chip module are provided to improve the durability and the reliability of the micro valve structure and the lab-on-a-chip module by prevent the direction contact of fluid and the polymer actuator. CONSTITUTION: A micro valve structure includes a substrate(10), a flexible structure(20), and a polymer actuator(40). The flexible structure is arranged on the substrate. The polymer actuator is inserted into the flexible structure. The flexible structure includes a valve part which defines a micro channel(30). The polymer actuator is separated from the micro channel by the flexible structure. The width of the micro channel is capable of being changed by directly controlling the displacement of the valve part using the polymer actuator.</p> |
