<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper-proof case capable of more securely leaving a mark indicating that the case is opened when a commercial product is packed and delivered. <P>SOLUTION: The tamper-proof case A1 includes: four peripheral side plate parts 1-4; a pair of lid flaps 5, 6 and lid receiving flaps 7, 8; a pair of bottom flaps 9, 10 and bottom receiving flaps 11, 12. Adhesion by an adhesive tape 30 is performed from the side plate part on the side of the bottom receiving flap 11, 12 along closed and joined edges of the bottom flaps 9, 10 and adhesion by the adhesive tape 30 is performed from the side plate part on the side of the lid receiving flap 7, 8 along closed and joined edges of the lid flaps 5, 6 for sealing. Each of side edges 5b, 6b includes a peeling part 20 continuously connected to the lid flap 5, 6 and in which a cut leading to the side edge is formed at least on the surface thereof.
