PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher of hydrated material which can hydrated material as an object to be treated. SOLUTION: The crusher of hydrated material includes a cylinder body 21 through which the hydrated material 10 passes and a net material 31 rotating in the cylinder body 21. The crusher of hydrated material is configured in such a way that, when the net material 31 rotates, the surface 31Z of the net material 31 collides with the hydrated material 10 during the passage in the cylinder body 21 and the hydrated material 10 is crushed.
