PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing device which can prevent static electricity from being produced on a substrate when the substrate is separated from a mask plate. SOLUTION: A static eliminating brush 60 is provided on a mounted board 20 on which receiving pins 25 for receiving a substrate 1 are erected. When the mounted board 20 is elevated with respect to the substrate 1 in order to support the lower surface of the substrate 1 by the receiving pins 25, ends of brush bristles 62 having conductivity and erected on the static eliminating brush 60 abut on the lower surface of the substrate 1. When squeegeeing by a squeegee 51 on the mask plate 41 is finished and then the substrate 1 is lowered to be separated from the mask plate 41, the static electricity is produced on the substrate 1, and is eliminated immediately by the static eliminating brush 60.
