PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particle powders superior in adhesiveness of a conductive layer and core particles composed of organic based particles or inorganic based particles such as a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin, and superior in conductivity and time stability. SOLUTION: This is the conductive particles which consist of core particles composed of the organic based particles or the inorganic based particles obtained from such as the thermoplastic resin and the thermosetting resin, and the conductive layer formed on a surface of the core particles.
