The subject matter of the present invention is a safety valve and anti-radiation device comprising a safety valve (1) and an anti-radiation partitioning or opening and closing member (2) comprising a main structure made from radiation shielding material (3) extending between the opposing faces (2a) or (2b) of said member and a fluid passage cavity (4) closed by said valve and traversing the member, emerging on each opposing face by means of an opening (4a) or (4b). The device comprises at least one shield (5a) or (5b) fixed to one or the other of said opposing faces, comprising an additional or complementary structure made from radiation shielding material (3') or (3") covering one of said openings in such a way as to stop or block any radiation likely to cross the cavity and/or the member while allowing the passage of a fluid under overpressure into said cavity with a view to allowing it to be discharged. |
