The present invention relates to an apparatus for sensing and alarming circulation blockade of an open geothermal hole which can improve operability of a geothermal system as the apparatus can perform swift follow-up management by sensing and alarming blockade of a circulation path of underground water and can especially sense and alarm blockade of each geothermal hole when a multitude of geothermal holes are managed altogether. The apparatus for sensing and alarming circulation blockade of an open geothermal hole comprises: a first temperature sensor (10) sensing the temperature of underground water on a water re-circulating side; a second temperature sensor (20) sensing the temperature of underground water on a water supply side; a controller (30) which judges circulation errors of the underground water by comparing a predetermined value to a calculated value of the difference between the temperature of the underground water on the water re-circulating side and the temperature of the underground water on the water supply side; and an alarm (40) which sets off an alarm in the case of circulation errors through controlling of the controller.
