PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag that can be easily and stably mounted to a handlebar of a two-wheeled vehicle or a tricycle in a safety state in terms of traveling without requiring another tool such as a string, in the packaging bag for packaging a lightweight household commodity such as paper diaper or toilet paper and provided with carrying handles. SOLUTION: The packaging bag includes an outer covering bag body 1 of a hexahedron shape for packaging a lightweight household commodity and tape-shaped carrying handles 2a, 2b having both ends fixed to the outer covering bag body. The carrying handles are arranged on two facing surfaces 1a, 1b of the outer covering bag body, respectively. The carrying handle 2a arranged on one surface out of the two surfaces may be locked to a left end of a handlebar of a two-wheeled vehicle or a tricycle, and the carrying handle 2b arranged on the other surface may be locked to a right end of the handlebar.
