An electrode array and a delivery assembly are presented. The array is wrapped around a flexible core part of the delivery assembly. A sheath, also part of the delivery assembly, is disposed over the array and core. The core is shaped to have surfaces around which sections of the electrode array carrier are wrapped that are shaped, so that when the array sections are so-wrapped, the electrode array carrier is not subjected to plastic deformation. |
