A configuration includes a cylinder (1) which includes an outlet member (5) at a front end injection side thereof, a closed part (6) at a rear side thereof, and a pellet supply hole (11a) for supplying plastic pellets (P); a melting device (2) which includes a plurality of melting holes (22) extending from a large opening (22a) at an inflow side thereof to a small opening (22b) at an outflow side thereof in a longitudinal direction of a container main body (21), and which has a diameter that is equal to an inner diameter of the cylinder (1); a heating means (4) for heating the melting device; and a driving means (3) for reciprocating the melting device (2), wherein the small opening (22b) disposed at the outflow side of the melting device (2) faces the outlet member (5), and the melting device (2) operates in a plunger manner within the cylinder (1) to perform a melting process in which an inward travel of the driving means (3) melts the plastic pellets, and an injection process in which an outward travel of the driving means injects a molten resin (q). |
