摘要 The present invention relates to a method for screening a cancer metastasis inhibitor and to a method for monitoring departure of a cancer cell from a cancer lump and epithelial- mesenchymal transition, movement, permeation, metastasis of a cancer cell by analyzing activity of a lysyl-tRNA synthetase (KRS) in a cancer cell strain cultured in a three-dimensional collagen gel environment. The method includes the steps of 1) culturing the cancer cell strain or the cancer lump, which are regulated to express or un-express the lysyl-tRNA synthetase (KRS), in a cell culturing environment surrounded by three dimensions or extracellular matrix; 2) treating the cancer cell strain or the cancer lump of step 1) with a substance to be tested; 3) analyzing activity of the KRS in the cancer cell strain or the cancer lump of step 2); and 4) identifying the substance, which inhibits activity of the KRS of step 3). The method is expected to be advantageously used as one of screening methods that requires low costs, has high efficiency, and can create the added value when preclinical experiments for developing a medicine are performed.
