PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a high-resolution three-dimensional image of a tissue together with a three-dimensional blood vessel image, in an X-ray angiography apparatus which generates a three-dimensional blood vessel image from images before and after contrast imaging. SOLUTION: The X-ray angiography apparatus includes: a substantially C-shaped arm 60; an arm support mechanism; an arm rotation driving unit 22; an X-ray tube 12 mounted on the arm; an X-ray detector 14 mounted on the arm; a rotation controller 23 for controlling the rotation driving unit so that the angle pitch of a plurality of contrast images after contrast imaging is larger than that of a plurality of mask images before contrast imaging; a reconstruction unit 34 for reconstructing a first three-dimensional image on the basis of the differential image between the contrast images and the mask images, and reconstructing a second three-dimensional image representing a three-dimensional non-vascular image on the basis of the sensitivity-corrected mask images obtained by correcting the sensitivity of the mask images; and a display unit 37 for displaying the images.
