<p>A tweet making assist apparatus for assisting in making a tweet to be posted by a Twitter-compliant site is disclosed. The tweet making assist apparatus includes a processor. The processor detects a surrounding environment of a user and provides an output which promotes the user to make a tweet. Preferably, the processing device provides the output which promotes the user to make a tweet if the surrounding environment of the user has changed.</p> |
