<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home visiting care support system and a home visiting care support method which allow a caregiver to confirm a visiting place, generate a care record and transmit it by using a portable phone. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a portable phone 2 carried by the caregiver which has a bar code reading function, a server 4 connected to the portable phone 2 via Internet 5 which has a voice recognition function for recognizing voice 2e input from the portable phone 2, a function for converting the voice recognition result into a text, and transmits the converted text data to the portable phone 2, and a portable printer 3 connected to the portable phone via a wireless communication for outputting contents transmitted/received from/by the portable phone. The caregiver receives information on a visit destination 8 by the portable phone from the server, and after offering care service at the visit destination, inputs at least the content of the provided care by voice from the portable phone to transmit it to the server, and outputs the content of the provided care service by the portable printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
