<p>The invention provides a fuse which can prevent metal parts that can be molten from forming metal particles in a molten state when a current path is cut under the horizontal state of a substrate part. The fuse comprises a printed circuit substrate (10), parallel electrodes (14A, 14B), a fixing part (16) and solder balls (15A-15H). The parallel electrode (14) is configured to be close to the printed circuit substrate and comprises a main surface basically parallel to the main surface of the printed circuit substrate; the parallel electrode (14B) comprises a main surface basically parallel to the main surface of the parallel electrode (14) and is separated from and opposite to the main surface of the parallel electrode (14A) in the main surface normal direction of the printed circuit substrate. The fixing part is used for fixing the gap between the parallel electrodes. The solder balls are contacted with a part of the area of the main surface of the parallel electrode (14A) and a part of the area of the main surface of the parallel electrode (14B) and conduct current for the parallel electrodes (14A, 14B).</p> |
