PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body device for automatically closing screening door means when the opening/closing body device is used as a daily administrative opening/closing body device which is configured to start closing opening/closing body means along a guide groove in conjunction with closing of the screening door means having the guide groove such as a fire door. SOLUTION: In an opening/closing body device, when a closing switch of an open/close/stop switch is artificially operated and a corresponding closing signal is generated, an engaged state engaged by an electromagnetic release between a fire door and fire door automatic closing means is released, the fire door is rotated to be moved so as to start closing motion, and after the fire door comes into contact to stop with a door stopping part, a shutter curtain opening/close/stop motion is controlled corresponding to an input state of the open/close/stop motion. With these, the opening/closing body device comprising the fire door including the guide groove and opening/closing body means being closed along the guide groove can be used as a daily administrative opening/closing body device.
