PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric charging terminal adapter for a transformer on a street, carrying out accident inquiry of a power line. SOLUTION: An adapter 10 is used for the transformer 7 on the street having a body 70 and a fuse tube 81. The body 70 has a transformer 73 for transforming electric power supplied from a subterranean line in the inside. The fuse tube 81 is mounted in a connection hole 810 of a cutout 8; an intermediate part thereof is connected to the subterranean line via a first electrode e1 put in the connection hole 810; and an edge part thereof is connected to the transformer 73 via a second electrode e2 put in the connection hole 810. The adapter 10 is mounted in the connection hole 810, in place of the fuse tube 81; first, the adapter is inserted in the connection hole 810 with the electric charging terminal 5, coupled to the coupling adapter 10 of a first conductor rod 11 and a second conductor rod 12; next, the adapter is inserted in the connection hole 810 with the electric charging terminal 5, coupled to the coupling adapter 10 of the first conductor rod 11 and a first insulation rod 15; and accident of the subterranean line or the transformer 73 is specified, by electrically charging the electric charging terminal 5.
