Cleaning- and care composition comprises at least one pH-sensitive amino acid surfactant, water, and at least one pH regulator for adjusting the pH of the composition to +- less than or equal to 0.3, based on a pH, in which the composition exhibits an absolute viscosity maximum, or a relative increase in viscosity of at least 100% compared to a solution of the amino acid surfactant in water. An independent claim is also included for preparing the cleaning- and care composition, comprising providing a mixture of the pH-sensitive amino acid surfactant, optionally further non-pH-sensitive surfactants, and water, and adding the pH regulator to the composition for adjusting the viscosity of the composition. |
