Guardrail ballasting device and associated guardrail assembly

The system has a platform (1) being installed on a surface and equipped with a frame (6) that is equipped with a base wall in order to define a receiving space for receiving a ballasting and filling material. Support units of ballasting flagstones (3) are fixed on the platform to support the ballasting flagstones that allows ballasting of the platform and displacement of a user on the platform. A fixing unit (4) is fixed on the platform. A base wall of the platform is formed with draining openings. An independent claim is also included for a method for installation a balustrade assembly.
