The present invention relates to a method for producing grease for a sunroof motor. More specifically, the present invention relates to grease for a sunroof motor and a method for producing the same, wherein the grease is produced by using a vacuum depressurizing device and combining esters as base oil and urea and a sulfur-based extreme-pressure additive as thickeners. The grease of the present invention comprises base oil including 70-90 wt% of a mixture containing one or more kinds of ester base oil I of fatty acid and sorbitan and one or more kinds of ester base oil II of fatty acid and polyoxyalkylated sorbitan, wherein the mixed ratio of the ester base oil I and ester base oil II is in the same conditions; 2-12 wt% of one or more thickeners; and 0.2-2 wt% of one or more additives selected from a sulfur-based extreme-pressure additive, a lubrication improver, an antioxidant, and an anti-rust additive. The grease has a viscosity of 30-50 cSt at 40°C. In the present invention, conditions required for grease for a sunroof motor are satisfied. In particular, extreme pressure by which long-term durability can be ensured is excellent, and low-noise and long-term lubrication urea grease is provided. |
