The device (2) has an absorption unit (4) assigned with a desorption unit (5) and a separation unit (10) e.g. edge-edge filter, for separation of salts from wash solution. The absorption unit and the desorption unit are connected with each other over a spacer (6) for regenerated wash solution (A) and another spacer (7) for loaded wash solution (A'). Another separation unit (25) comprises a crystallizer (20) for formation of salt crystals, and is arranged downstream for separating out the salt crystals. The separation unit is switched into the spacer.
