A signal transmission and reception method in a terminal of a time division duplex (TDD) system according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of receiving first configuration information related to uplink and downlink transmission from a base station; receiving at least one of the third configuration information related to the downlink transmission and the second configuration information related to the uplink transmission from the base station; and transceiving signals with the base station based on the second and the third configuration information. According to the embodiment of the present specification, the base station can control the amount of resources used in a downlink regardless of the uplink transmission and also can control the inverse case by separately operating a configuration for downlink transmission/retransmission timing and another configuration for uplink transmission/retransmission timing.
