The present invention is to provide a segment concrete filled steel tube (CFT) column capable of enhancing the rigidity thereof during a top-down construction method of an underground structure, facilitating to manufacture the same, improving constructability, and reducing construction periods; and a method of making the CFT column using the same. In addition, the present invention is to provide a joint structure of a CFT composite column - reinforced concrete (RC) wide girder, configured to facilitate column bar arrangement and concrete placement of a CFT composite column combined with the CFT column and reinforced concrete in a joint which is connected with the RC wide girder.
