摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocarbon material composite with a particulate protrusion structure suitable as a practical material, a method for producing the same, and an electron emission element using the nanocarbon material composite. <P>SOLUTION: The nanocarbon material composite 1 comprises a substrate 2 and a nanocarbon material 3 with a particulate protrusion structure grown on the substrate 2, wherein the particulate protrusion structure has a diameter of 50-500 nm.
