<p>The purpose of the present invention is to fill in a message history in a chat application. A management server according to the present invention is capable of providing a message history of accumulated messages, sent between each of the users of a group after joining the group, in a viewable manner on the terminal device of a user. In addition, the management server allows a requester user, who is one of the users among the plurality of users, to perform an operation for making an application request to one or more requestee users, who are users other than the requester user, and if application is approved by a requestee user, causes processing wherein the unaccumulated messages that have not been accumulated in the message history of the requester user are acquired from the message history of the requestee user who has granted the application and are added to the message history of the requester user.</p> |
