The present invention relates to a job matching system using a value database, comprising: a matching server including a member authenticating unit to allow access of at least one or more members who intend to access a job matching site and to input recruiting information and information corresponding to the recruiting information, a fitness determining unit to provide a job seeker with the fittest recruiting information from the information provided by the member authenticating unit, a document writing unit to provide an online correction service for a resume or a cover letter, and a simulated job interview performing unit to provide an online simulated job interview by each recruiting company or each job duty and an online correction service for the simulated job interview; at least one or more terminals which can be connected through the Internet to allow at least one or more members to access a talent trading website; and an Internet network to connect a talent trading server and the terminals using the Internet, wherein the matching server further includes a value DB writing tool to support to input the recruiting information and the information corresponding to the recruiting information and write the resume or the cover letter, thereby optimally matching a job seeker value database and a recruiting information value database of the recruiting company to realize prompt and optimum recruiting and job seeking processes, and allowing professional correction and instruction in a job seeking preprocess such as a simulated job interview step in a document preparing step of the job seeker. |
