The present invention relates to a ship having a duct unit. The ship comprises: a hull having multiple coupling protrusions laterally protruding from the tail to the front side of a propeller; and a duct unit having a predetermined length while at least a longitudinal part is curved, and coupled to the coupling protrusions to form a communication space through which seawater passes between the front and rear sides with the coupling protrusions.
