The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device including: an organic light emitting element including a plurality of subpixels emitting lights with different colors; an encapsulation film formed on the organic light emitting element; a lens layer which is formed on the encapsulation film, is arranged on an area corresponding to each subpixel, and includes convex surfaces facing the light emission direction and the direction opposite to the light emission direction; and a reflection prevention layer which is formed on the lens layer, includes a color filter located on an area corresponding to each subpixel, and prevents reflection of ambient light.
