PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: composite particles capable of producing a resin composition having excellent transparency and a high refractive index from them by enhancing dispersibility of inorganic fine particles in the resin composition; a resin composition containing the composite particles and resin components; and a cured product produced by curing the resin composition. SOLUTION: The composite particle having an organic group on the surface includes a conjugated aromatic skeleton having 7 or more carbon atoms on the surface of an inorganic fine particle.
