摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing sintered ore using a fine powder raw material containing a large amount of PF which is difficult to granulate. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing sintered ore using a fine powder raw material executes: a step of obtaining gap filling iron ore whose granularity is adjusted such that the content in which the ratio of the grain size to the median size of Brazilian PF is 0.23 or less is 45% or higher (excluding the ratio being 0.10 or less for the total amount) and such that the content in which the ratio that exceeds 0.23 and the grain size is 250μm or less is below 55 mass%; a step of obtaining a granulated material by mixing and granulating≥20 mass% and≤30 mass% of the granularity-adjusted gap filling iron ore and≥70 mass% and≤80 mass% of the Brazilian pellet feed; and a step of mixing the granulated material obtained by mixing and granulation and other raw materials, and charging them into a sintering machine, and then manufacturing the sintered ore.
