PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure control device can stabilize oil pressure even when an electric pump is driven. SOLUTION: The oil pressure control device 1 includes a mechanical pump 31 driven by an engine 3 to supply oil to a power transmission device 5 via a hydraulic passage 34, the electric pump 33 driven by a motor 32 to supply oil to the power transmission device 5 via the hydraulic passage 34, a high-pressure relief valve 38 for discharging excess oil flow discharged from the mechanical pump 31 from the hydraulic passage 34 when the mechanical pump 31 is driven, and a low-pressure relief valve 39 for discharging excess flow discharged from the electric pump 33 from the hydraulic passage 34 under an oil pressure inside the hydraulic passage 34 being lower than that allowing the excess flow to be discharged by the high-pressure relief valve 38 when the mechanical pump 31 stops and the electric pump 33 is driven.
