The invention relates to combined emitting lamps of semiconductor chip. The lamp comprises a power connector and a shell (4), said power connector being connected to said shell (4), wherein a drive power device (9) is disposed in the internal of said power connector. Furthermore cooling materials are disposed in the internal of said shell (4). A chip (5) is fixed on the bottom surface of the shell (4) and a lens (6) is disposed on the lower end of the shell (4) wherein the chip (5) is located in the internal of the lens (6) and said drive power device (9) is connected to the chip (5). The present invention has good cooling effect, chip long life, high flux and high utilization of light. |
