In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of granules containing ginseng or powder from processed ginseng with excellent solubility. In the present invention, the manufacturing method of the granules is allowed to have a regular size particle whose range is 1 to 3 mm which cannot be obtained by an existing manufacturing method of granules and a great solubility, and to manufacture granule with little loss of active ingredients from functional raw materials. The manufacturing method of the granules can be used for manufacturing the granules whose size is between 1 and 3 mm and which includes functional raw materials.
