The present invention relates to a fixed ball screw nut module and a small linear actuator having the same. According to the present invention, the linear actuator can be compact in size and can be provided with a gravity compensation function even when the ball screw nut module is applied. The present invention includes a screw axis, a nut, a plurality of balls, a ball fixing tube, and an output shaft. A screw thread and a threaded rod are formed in an axial direction in the screw axis. The nut is coupled with the screw axis and a plurality of ball insertion holes are formed toward the threaded rod of the screw axis in the nut. The plurality of balls are inserted into the respective ball insertion holes. The ball fixing tube is coupled with an outer circumferential surface of the nut into which the plurality of balls are inserted and restricts the plurality of balls in the ball insertion holes of the nut so that the plurality of balls rotate in the ball insertion holes. The output shaft is connected to the nut and protrudes to one side.
