<p>The present invention provides a display device comprising: an upper substrate (110) and a lower substrate (120) that are arranged to face each other at a fixed distance; an anode electrode (130) that is arranged at the bottom of the upper substrate (110) and has a fluorescent layer (131) on the bottom surface; a cathode electrode (140) that is arranged on the top of the lower substrate (120); field emission sources (150) that are arranged to be separated from each other by a fixed distance on the top of the cathode electrode (140); an insulation layer (160) that is arranged between each of the field emission sources (150) on the top of the cathode electrode (140); and a gate electrode (170) that is arranged on top of the cathode electrode (140) with the insulation layer (160) in between, and has an open part (171) for the field emission source (150). The field emission source (150) is made of a nano-composite material that is a hardened CNT fluid (151) where a base material (152) with predetermined viscosity and permittivity and CNT particles (153) are mixed together with a fixed percentage. The CNT particles (153) are arranged in a vertically upright form and, when a driving voltage is applied, emit electronic beams towards the fluorescent layer (131).</p> |
